Order processing

Orders for our gluten-free cookie dough are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days of your order. We only ship on Monday - Wednesday to ensure freshness. Please note that bulk orders may take longer to prepare. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

When you place your order on our secure web site, you will receive an e-mail confirmation/receipt for your order that usually arrives within 5 minutes of placing your order. You'll also see a screen confirming your order that you should print and keep for your records.

Gift messaging
If your order is a gift, you will have the ability to enter a gift message during checkout. This box is clearly labeled. When you enter a gift message, we will include this in the package with the recipient's order. We recommend including your name on the gift message so the recipient will know where the package came from.

Shipping methods and options
A. Cookie Dough Shipments
The cookie dough is a perishable product and thus MUST be shipped within 2 days. The dough will be shipped in a polystyrene container. Your two shipping options for these products are:

UPS Ground - if you live in a location where you can receive your package within 2 days (see the white area on the map above).
UPS 2nd Day Air - if you live outside of the UPS Ground 2 day transit shipping area.

Shipping charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on your location (UPS zones and rates) and the weight of the product. You can check the shipping charges of your order in the shopping cart before checking out.
